Each service is designed to address a specific stage of the inheritance and estate process. Clear in scope, stated in price, and carried out with care.

Our Approach to Each Engagement
Every matter begins with an open conversation about the situation, what the client hopes to achieve, and what the law in Thailand allows. From there, we agree a scope of work and fee, and proceed in a structured way with regular communication at each stage. Nothing proceeds without the client's clear understanding.
Initial Consultation
We listen to the situation and explain the relevant law. This shapes which service applies and what the engagement will involve.
Scope and Fee Agreement
We confirm in writing what will be done, what the fee is, and what any disbursements or court fees may be expected.
Execution and Resolution
Work proceeds methodically, with the client kept informed at each meaningful stage until the matter is concluded.

Shared Standards and Protocols
Secure Document Handling
All client documents are stored securely, accessed only by those working on the relevant file, and returned or destroyed at the close of the engagement.
Written Confirmations
Scope, fee, key advice, and significant developments are always confirmed in writing. Clients have a paper trail they can refer to at any point.
Conflict Checks
Before accepting any engagement, we confirm there is no conflict with existing or former clients. This is a non-negotiable step in our intake process.
Dual Document Review
Every document submitted to a court or registry is reviewed by a second member of the team before it leaves the office.
English Throughout
All client communication, summaries, and written advice are provided in English. Where Thai-language documents are required, we explain them fully.
